The staff was very friendly. caroline surprised my partner and i with an upgrade to celebrate our love. the room smelled delicious. It was very clean and comfy. the location is also great and safe. It is very easy to get to the center by bus or a nice walk.
The bathroom fan was excruciatingly loud. I ended up keeping the light off. the room was very hot as it was on an busy and noisy road. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open. the radiators were blasting out heat when i arrived. It took some time to cool down.

The room was indeed clean and well-ordered! The size proved quite good for my needs. I found the shared kitchen very valuable. It offered a coffee machine and hot water. The team was also very helpful with my questions.
There were steep steps. I think this location would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

the cleanliness was okay and the location worked fine.
the tv didnt function properly. i could only stream channels. the noise from other rooms was awful because the walls were too thin. i did not get a good night sleep.
